I have always loved working with people and exploring what makes them tick. I find this endlessly fascinating and am interested in how human beings find creative solutions to their problems, even if sometimes these solutions need to be re-examined. Alongside talking therapy, using creative self-expression is another way of saying how we feel without having to use words and can add something of real value to the mix.

Alongside my therapy work and an on-going art practice, I am a parent of three adult children. I have worked in therapeutic environments over many years with experience in the following areas;
